How do sensors in an anti-lock braking system work?
It senses the pulses of the reader/sender. It compares the number of binary pulses to all of the other wheels and determines if a wheel has locked up. If it has, it sends a signal to the control block to release pressure to the impending wheel to prevent lockup. That's the pulsing you feel in the pedal.
