How to bleed the anti lock brakes on a car?

I am very familiar with bleeding most brake systems, but, I have never bled a system that is anti lock. Is the bleeding method the same as a conventional disc brake system? Thanks.|||You can use the same conventional, but it just does not replace the old fluid in the ABS unit. You would have to get some machinery that will activate the ABS and then you can bleed it.

Most people don't care about and just bleed it as normal without doing the ABS unit. It's fine to do that.|||It varies a lot with the specific system. You don't mention make, model, or year, so I have to advise you to get a manual for the car. A few ABS systems can be damaged by improper bleeding and some require special equipment.
