Anti lock brake system. 95 chevy cavalier. HELP PLEASE?

I have a 95 chevy cavalier. (4 cyl, 2.2 liter engine.) Front wheel rotors, back wheels drums. Today my abs light came on and my brakes are shaking whenever I go to use them. If anyone would know the proper steps to fixing this it would be a big help.|||my answer is try to check it out first on auto repair shop.|||sounds like your abs sensor went out, telling that one wheel is locked so it will pulsated the abs, get it to a shop to replace the sensor ASAP as this can over heat and ruin your ABS control module.
