I have a 95 Pontiac sun fire the anti lock brake system is going on it were can i go and how much would it be?

it makes a grinding noise then goes to the floor . i pump brakes and it comes back this happens twice a month.|||that has nothing to do with the antilock brake system...you need pads and rotors. and hav a leaking master cylinder.
